SAP Concur is the world’s leading brand for integrated travel, expense, and invoice management. Embarking on shaping its 2024 Global Integrated Marketing Campaign, this sub-brand of SAP corporate came to 23K aiming to enhance global campaign materials with a unifying creative concept. The creative wrapper would be applied to specific activation assets, primarily focused on the activation components of campaign activity, driving global consistency and efficiency. The goal was to create a messaging and creative concept broad enough to resonate across companies of different sizes and audiences, including finance, travel, IT, human resources, and procurement. Flexibility within the campaign was paramount to allow for several iterations over the course of its 12-month duration.
Our approach involved the development of a broad and flexible messaging and creative concept with global appeal that represented SAP and the SAP Concur sub-brand. The emphasis was on conveying SAP Concur’s readiness for change, and creating differentiation from competitors by highlighting the platform’s ability to handle the opportunities and obstacles that come with business growth, even within tight budget constraints. Clear usage messaging and creative guidelines were established, allowing both global and local teams to seamlessly adopt the creative concept in their respective campaigns.
The outcome of our efforts was a successful alignment of the campaign brand with the corporate SAP brand, ensuring a cohesive visual identity and a versatile and captivating message. This concept resonated with the campaign's objectives, offering flexibility for multiple iterations throughout the entirety of the campaign run.
